There are two very different Joker Wild games where the lowest category on the pay schedule is two pair. The traditional two pair game, where the royal flush is the highest paying category (with pay schedule 5000-500-250-250-100-50-30-25-10-5) returns 99.92% and is presented in three strategy levels (Recreational --- Basic --- Advanced).
The version where 5-of-a-kind returns the most is very popular in Atlantic City. It only returns 97.19% so only a Recreational and Basic strategy are provided.
The Winner's Guide corresponding to this game is Volume 7: Winner's Guide to Joker Wild which was scheduled to be published in late 2004. Winner's Guides provide the same strategies as are found on the cards, but clearly explain the "why" on each of the plays. The strategy cards are more portable than the Winner's Guides, and the Winner's Guides include more information in them, but the strategies are identical between the two.
