Kings or Better Joker Wild is the version of this game that return even money for a pair of kings or better. This card covers the strategy for the six most common variations of this game, mixing and matching 1-coin 4-of-a-kind payouts of 20 for 1, 18 for 1, and 17 for 1 with 5-coin royal flush payouts of 4,000 and 4,700. The returns for these games are: 20-4700 - 101.00% / 20-4000 - 100.65% / 18-4700 - 99.29% / 18-4000 - 98.94% / 17-4700 - 98.44% / 17-4000 - 98.09%

In order to get all of these strategies on one 6-panel card, we had to give up the Beginner strategy. We provide one Recreational Strategy and one Basic Strategy for all of these games combined, and separate Advanced strategies for royal=4000 and royal=4700 strategies, where differences between these games are identified.

The Winner's Guide corresponding to this game is Volume 7: Winner's Guide to Joker Wild which is scheduled to be published in late 2004. Winner's Guides provide the same strategies as are found on the cards, but clearly explain the "why" on each of the plays. The strategy cards are more portable than the Winner's Guides, and the Winner's Guides include more information in them, but the strategies are identical between the two.
